  1. 1. Wash the beef thoroughly, pat it dry, and cut it into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a bowl, mix olive oil with the garlic and herbes de Provence. Marinate the beef in this mixture and set aside.
  2. 2. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, cut them in half lengthwise, and slice into approximately 1 cm thick pieces. If necessary, wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel and cut them in half.
  3. 3. Remove the beef from the marinade and alternate it with zucchini, mushrooms, and a bay leaf on wooden skewers. Brush the vegetables with the remaining marinade.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the beef skewers for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, and serve on plates. Enjoy your meal! Tip: A salad pairs well with this dish.
