🍽️ Mediterranean Beef Skewers

Ingredients
- beef fillet steaks 600 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- herbs of Provence, dried pinch
- zucchini 1 pc.
- mushrooms, white 250 g
- bay leaves, dried 8 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the beef thoroughly, pat it dry, and cut it into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a bowl, mix olive oil with the garlic and herbes de Provence. Marinate the beef in this mixture and set aside.
- 2. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, cut them in half lengthwise, and slice into approximately 1 cm thick pieces. If necessary, wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel and cut them in half.
- 3. Remove the beef from the marinade and alternate it with zucchini, mushrooms, and a bay leaf on wooden skewers. Brush the vegetables with the remaining marinade.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the beef skewers for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, and serve on plates. Enjoy your meal! Tip: A salad pairs well with this dish.
