🍝 Mediterranean Pasta Frittata

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Farfalle 200 g
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Vine tomatoes 2 pc.
- Olives, green 30 g
- Eggs 6 pc.
- Milk 100 ml
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Herbs of Provence, dried pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ham cubes 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with about 5 liters of water and add salt.
- 2. Bring the salted water to a boil.
- 3. Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- 4. Cook the pasta for about 9 minutes.
- 5. Drain the pasta in a colander.
- 6. Let the pasta drain well in the colander.
- 7. Cut the onion in half.
- 8. Peel the onion.
- 9. Dice the onion finely.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 11. Dice the tomatoes.
- 12. Slice the olives into rings.
- 13. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- 14. Mix the eggs with the milk.
- 15. Season the egg mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the egg mixture with pepper.
- 17. Season the egg mixture with herbs de Provence.
- 18. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
- 19. Fry the pasta in the pan for about 3 minutes.
- 20. Add the diced onion to the pan.
- 21. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan.
- 22. Add the olive rings to the pan.
- 23. Add the diced ham to the pan.
- 24. Sauté the ingredients for another 3 minutes.
- 25. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pan.
- 26. Cook the frittata on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the egg sets.
- 27. Cut the frittata into pieces.
- 28. Serve the Mediterranean pasta frittata on plates.
