  1. 1. Cut the onions in half, peel, and chop finely. Peel the garlic and mince finely. Rinse the thyme, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them as well.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients well with vinegar, oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. If desired, marinate meat or vegetables in the Mediterranean marinade and then grill. Enjoy your meal! Tip: This marinade also works excellently as a salad dressing.
