🍽️ Mediterranean Fish Skewers

Ingredients
- salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- shrimp cooked, frozen 150 g
- basil, fresh 40 g
- avocado 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon fillet and shrimp overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Wash the basil thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 3. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 4. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 5. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut it into coarse cubes.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes.
- 7. Rinse the salmon fillet under running water.
- 8. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Cut the salmon into cubes.
- 10. Wash the shrimp.
- 11. Pat the shrimp dry as well.
- 12. Preheat the grill.
- 13. Thread the prepared ingredients and the shrimp alternately onto the skewers.
- 14. Brush the skewers with a little oil.
- 15. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- 16. Place the skewers in an aluminum grilling pan.
- 17. Cook the skewers for 6 minutes on the hot grill.
- 18. Turn the skewers while grilling.
- 19. Arrange the Mediterranean fish skewers.
- 20. Alternatively, you can prepare the skewers in a pan.
- 21. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- 22. Fry the skewers for about 3 to 4 minutes from each side.
