  1. 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon fillet and shrimp overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Wash the basil thoroughly and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  5. 5. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut it into coarse cubes.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Rinse the salmon fillet under running water.
  8. 8. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the salmon into cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the shrimp.
  11. 11. Pat the shrimp dry as well.
  12. 12. Preheat the grill.
  13. 13. Thread the prepared ingredients and the shrimp alternately onto the skewers.
  14. 14. Brush the skewers with a little oil.
  15. 15. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Place the skewers in an aluminum grilling pan.
  17. 17. Cook the skewers for 6 minutes on the hot grill.
  18. 18. Turn the skewers while grilling.
  19. 19. Arrange the Mediterranean fish skewers.
  20. 20. Alternatively, you can prepare the skewers in a pan.
  21. 21. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
  22. 22. Fry the skewers for about 3 to 4 minutes from each side.
