  5. 5. Roughly chop the green leafy tops of the celery.
  6. 6. Wash the apples.
  7. 7. Core the apples.
  8. 8. Slice the apples thinly.
  9. 9. Wash the grapes.
  10. 10. Halve the grapes.
  11. 11. Toast the walnuts in a pan without oil until golden brown.
  12. 12. Place the Greek yogurt in a small bowl.
  13. 13. Add the mayonnaise to the yogurt.
  14. 14. Add the lemon juice.
  15. 15. Add the honey.
  16. 16. Season with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Stir the mixture until a creamy dressing forms.
  18. 18. Pour the dressing as the first layer into a large jar.
  19. 19. Layer the cut celery over the dressing.
