  5. 5. Add the egg whites and a pinch of salt to the mixing bowl.
  6. 6. Whip the egg mixture for three minutes on speed four until stiff.
  7. 7. Transfer the stiff egg whites into a separate bowl.
  8. 8. Add 150 grams of butter, 150 grams of sugar, three egg yolks, 100 grams of milk, and 30 grams of cocoa to the mixing bowl.
  9. 9. Beat the mixture for one minute on speed three until frothy.
  10. 10. Add flour, almonds, and baking powder.
  11. 11. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed five.
  12. 12. Add the batter to the stiff egg whites.
  13. 13. Gently fold the mixture in with a whisk.
  14. 14. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  15. 15. Bake the cake for about 50 to 60 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the cake from the oven.
  17. 17. Let the base cool down completely.
  18. 18. Add the chocolate to the mixing bowl.
  19. 19. Chop the chocolate for 12 seconds on speed eight.
  20. 20. Transfer the chocolate pieces into a bowl.
  21. 21. Add cream, 50 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream stabilizer to the mixing bowl.
  22. 22. Whip the cream for 90 seconds on speed three until stiff.
  23. 23. Stir in the chocolate pieces for two seconds on speed three.
  24. 24. Remove the mixing attachment.
  25. 25. Transfer the cream into a bowl.
  26. 26. Chill the cream.
  27. 27. Hollow out the center of the cooled cake base with a spoon.
  28. 28. Ensure a hollow space about one centimeter deep is created.
  29. 29. Leave a border of about two centimeters.
  30. 30. Collect the cake crumbs in a bowl.
  31. 31. Crumble the pieces with your hands.
  32. 32. Peel two bananas.
  33. 33. Halve the bananas lengthwise.
  34. 34. Place the banana halves in the center of the hollowed base.
  35. 35. Spread the cream over the cake base.
  36. 36. Form a small mound of cream in the center.
  37. 37. Distribute the cake crumbs over the cream.
  38. 38. Press the crumbs down slightly.
  39. 39. Keep the cake cool until serving.
