🍽️ Matjes Rolls

Ingredients
- Courgettes 0.25 pcs.
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Matjes fillets 200 g
- Remoulade 4 tbsp
- Crème fraîche 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water. Cut off the ends. Slice the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the slices into sticks about 4 centimeters long.
- 2. Wash the radishes thoroughly. Cut off the ends. Cut the radishes into sticks.
- 3. Put the cucumber and radish sticks into a bowl. Season them with honey, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
- 4. Wash the dill. Dry it well with a kitchen towel. Chop the dill finely.
- 5. Rinse the matjes fillets with cold water. Dry them with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Place 1 teaspoon of the cucumber and radish sticks on the bottom end of a matjes slice.
- 7. Roll up the matjes slice. Secure the roll with a toothpick.
- 8. Decorate the matjes rolls with the chopped dill.
- 9. Mix the remoulade and crème fraîche well together in a bowl.
- 10. Plate the matjes rolls. Serve them together with the remoulade.
