🥗 Zucchini Salad with Marinade

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- chili pepper mix 1 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- zucchini 2 pc.
- olive oil 3 tbsp.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- feta 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the chili pepper mix, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips. Rinse the lime, grate about 1 tsp of zest, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice thinly using a peeler or knife.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the garlic and chili pepper mix with olive oil, lime zest, 2 tbsp lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the zucchini, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- 3. Crumble the feta roughly with your hands. Add it to the marinated zucchini salad, adjust seasoning, and serve. Enjoy your meal! Tip: If you have some advance time, prepare the salad ahead. It develops a more intense flavor if the zucchini marinates for about 1–2 hours.
