🍽️ Sheep's Cheese Packets with Steamed Vegetables

Ingredients
- Sheep's cheese 400 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Herbs of Provence, dried 4 tsp
- Carrots 200 g
- Broccoli 200 g
- Zucchini 200 g
- Mushrooms, brown 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut a piece of aluminum foil to a size of 20 by 30 centimeters.
- 2. Divide the sheep's cheese into 18 equal cubes.
- 3. Place the cheese cubes in the center of the aluminum foil.
- 4. Drizzle some olive oil and your favorite herbs over the cheese.
- 5. Carefully fold the aluminum foil into a tight packet, similar to wrapping a candy.
- 6. Clean the carrots and then peel them.
- 7. Slice the carrots into thin rounds.
- 8. Thoroughly wash the broccoli.
- 9. Divide the broccoli into small, edible florets.
- 10. Wash the zucchini.
- 11. Slice the zucchini into round slices.
- 12. Clean the mushrooms of any dirt or soil.
- 13. Quarter the mushrooms.
- 14. Fill 1 liter of water into the mixing container of your device.
- 15. Place the deep steam cooking insert onto the device.
- 16. Put the sliced carrots into the deep steam cooking insert.
- 17. Place the sheep's cheese packet into the shallow steam cooking insert.
- 18. Hang the shallow steam cooking insert into the deep insert.
- 19. Securely close the steam cooking insert.
- 20. Start the steam cooking function for 10 minutes.
- 21. Add the remaining vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms) to the shallow steam cooking insert.
- 22. Start the steam cooking function again for 10 minutes.
- 23. Wait for the cooking time to finish without preheating the device.
- 24. Remove the steamed vegetables from the steam cooking insert.
- 25. Distribute the vegetables onto plates.
- 26. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.
- 27. Serve the warm sheep's cheese packet together with the herb broth and the vegetables.
