🍽️ Marinated Mozzarella with Fennel and Ham

Ingredients
- Pine nuts 25 g
- Mozzarella 2 pcs
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Fennel 2 pcs
- Black Forest ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. In a pan, toast the pine nuts without fat over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes. Drain the mozzarella and cut into cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper well, then add the mozzarella and pine nuts and let everything marinate.
- 3. Meanwhile, wash the fennel thoroughly, halve it, and remove the core. Separate the fennel fronds and chop them coarsely. Slice or shave the bulb into thin slices.
- 4. Distribute the fennel evenly onto four plates. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the mozzarella cubes on top. Shred the ham and serve it together with the fennel fronds. Enjoy your meal!
