Ingredients
- Pesto alla Genovese 4 tbsp
- light balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- basil, fresh 20 g
- mozzarella 2 pcs
- parma ham 4 slices
- chicory 1 pc
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, stir the pesto with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the basil, dry it well, pluck the leaves, chop them, and fold them into the mixture. Drain the mozzarella balls, toss them in the marinade, and let them marinate in the refrigerator.
- 2. Tear the ham into pieces. Gently separate the chicory leaves, wash them, and dry them.
- 3. Slice the marinated mozzarella, arrange it on the chicory leaves together with the ham, and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Enjoy your meal!
