🍽️ Marinated Manchego Cheese with Olives and Almonds

Ingredients
- olives, green 50 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- Manchego 400 g
- olive oil 8 tbsp
- cayenne pepper 0.25 tsp
- almonds, whole 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the olives in a colander and let them drain.
- 2. Wash the parsley thoroughly and pat it dry.
- 3. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 5. Grate about half a teaspoon of lemon zest finely.
- 6. Cut the Manchego cheese into coarse cubes.
- 7. Put the olive oil, lemon zest, cayenne pepper, chopped parsley, olives, and almonds into a bowl.
- 8. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 9. Add the Manchego cubes to the marinade.
- 10. Let the cheese marinate for at least 4 hours before serving.
