  2. 2. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and the ginger.
  4. 4. Cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces.
  5. 5. Put 4 tablespoons of oil into a bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the oil with the chopped coriander, garlic, and ginger.
  7. 7. Pat the steaks dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Lightly salt the steaks.
  9. 9. Turn the steaks in the marinade until they are well coated.
  10. 10. Halve the shallot.
  11. 11. Peel the shallot.
  12. 12. Cut the shallot into small cubes.
  13. 13. Peel the mango.
  14. 14. Separate the mango flesh from the pit.
  15. 15. Cut the mango flesh into cubes.
  16. 16. Put 1 tablespoon of oil into a pot.
  17. 17. Heat the oil on high heat.
  18. 18. Fry the shallot cubes for about 1 minute.
  19. 19. Add the mango cubes to the pot.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the mango with sugar.
  21. 21. Caramelize the mango for approx. 3 minutes.
  22. 22. Deglaze the mixture with vinegar.
  23. 23. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  24. 24. Simmer the chutney on low heat for approx. 15 minutes.
  25. 25. Season the chutney with chili and salt.
  26. 26. Put 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan.
  27. 27. Heat the oil in the frying pan strongly.
  28. 28. Take the steaks out of the marinade.
  29. 29. Fry the steaks in the hot oil on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  30. 30. Pour the remaining marinade over the meat.
  31. 31. Take the frying pan off the stove.
  32. 32. Let the meat rest covered for about 5 minutes.
  33. 33. Plate the steaks.
  34. 34. Serve the steaks together with the mango chutney.
