  8. 8. Place the pear cubes in a bowl.
  9. 9. Add one tablespoon of sugar.
  10. 10. Add the grated lemon peel.
  11. 11. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  12. 12. Mix everything well together.
  13. 13. Put 100 grams of sugar into a pot.
  14. 14. Add 100 milliliters of water.
