Ingredients
- chives, fresh 1 bunch
- basil, fresh 12 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- sunflower oil 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- minute steaks from pork 600 g
- poultry broth 150 ml
- whipping cream 100 g
- cornstarch 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash chives, dry them and cut into fine rings. Also wash the basil, dry it, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice finely. Wash the lemon, zest 1 tsp, and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the herbs, onions, and lemon juice with 4 tbsp of oil, salt, and pepper. Pat the minute steaks dry, coat them in the marinade, and let them marinate covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp of oil, let the steaks drain and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the steaks in the pan and fry for about 2–3 minutes on each side. Remove the minute steaks and sprinkle with a little salt.
- 4. Deglaze the pan drippings with the marinade. If necessary, prepare the broth. Pour in the broth and cream, and let it simmer. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1 tbsp of water, add it to the sauce, and let it thicken for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Taste the sauce. Serve the marinated minute steaks with the sauce on a plate. Enjoy your meal! Tip: It goes well with [recipeLink=146309].
