🍽️ Fresh Lemon and Rosemary Marinade for Shrimp

Ingredients
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Rosemary, fresh 25 g
- Butter 8 tbsp
- Sugar 100 g
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Rinse the rosemary sprigs and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Put all the marinade ingredients into a small saucepan.
- 6. Heat the mixture over very low heat and let it steep for about five minutes.
- 7. Pour the warm marinade through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
- 8. Place the large shrimp into the marinade.
- 9. Let the shrimp marinate in the mixture for about 30 minutes.
