🍰 Passion Fruit Yogurt Cream

Ingredients
- Passion fruit 4 pcs
- Yogurt, plain 5 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
- Whipping cream 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut open the passion fruit.
- 2. Scoop out the fruit pulp with a spoon.
- 3. Set the fruit pulp aside.
- 4. Put yogurt, honey, and cinnamon into a bowl.
- 5. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
- 6. Put the whipping cream into a tall container.
- 7. Whip the cream with a hand mixer.
- 8. Whip the cream until it is stiff.
- 9. Gently fold the cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 10. Distribute the yogurt mixture evenly onto four glasses.
- 11. Place the passion fruit pulp on top with a spoon.
- 12. Gently work the fruit pulp into the yogurt mixture.
- 13. Dust the cream with cinnamon.
- 14. Serve the passion fruit yogurt cream.
