- Salt pinch
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Yogurt, plain 400 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Manti 600 g
- Butter 100 g
- Sweet paprika 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Pour about 4 liters of water into a large pot and add salt. Place the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves. Crush the garlic using a press or chop it very finely.
- 3. Put the yogurt into a bowl and stir in the prepared garlic.
- 4. Season the yogurt mixture with salt and pepper. Stir everything well.
- 5. Set the bowl with the garlic-yogurt sauce aside to let the flavors meld together.
- 6. Add the manti dumplings to the boiling salted water.
- 7. Cook the manti for about 5 minutes in the bubbling water.
- 8. Remove the manti from the pot and place them in a colander to drain the water.
- 9. Take a pot and add the butter. Place the pot on the stove and melt the butter over medium heat.
- 10. Add the paprika powder to the melted butter.
- 11. Fry the paprika powder in the butter for about 2 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent the butter from burning.

- 13. Drizzle the hot paprika sauce over the manti.
- 14. Add a spoonful of the cold garlic-yogurt sauce onto the manti.
