🍰 Mango Quark Dessert with Blueberries

Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 300 g
- mango 2 pcs
- quark 20% fat in total 250 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- sugar pinch
- whipping cream 200 g
- ladyfingers 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 2. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 3. Puree the mango flesh in a tall container.
- 4. Mix the quark, mango puree, vanilla sugar, and sugar well together in a bowl.
- 5. Whip the cream in a separate bowl using a hand mixer and whisk until stiff.
- 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark and mango mixture.
- 7. Place the ladyfinger biscuits into a freezer bag.
- 8. Crush the biscuits coarsely into crumbs using a rolling pin or a heavy pot.
- 9. Distribute half of the biscuit crumbs evenly among four glasses.
- 10. Add half of the mango cream and half of the blueberries on top of the crumbs.
- 11. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuit crumbs and the remaining cream.
- 12. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator before serving.
- 13. Distribute the remaining blueberries on the glasses and serve the dessert.
