  1. 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit.
  3. 3. Puree the mango flesh in a tall container.
  4. 4. Mix the quark, mango puree, vanilla sugar, and sugar well together in a bowl.
  5. 5. Whip the cream in a separate bowl using a hand mixer and whisk until stiff.
  6. 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark and mango mixture.
  7. 7. Place the ladyfinger biscuits into a freezer bag.
  8. 8. Crush the biscuits coarsely into crumbs using a rolling pin or a heavy pot.
  9. 9. Distribute half of the biscuit crumbs evenly among four glasses.
  10. 10. Add half of the mango cream and half of the blueberries on top of the crumbs.
  11. 11. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuit crumbs and the remaining cream.
  12. 12. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator before serving.
  13. 13. Distribute the remaining blueberries on the glasses and serve the dessert.
