🥤 Fruity Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- Mango 2 pcs.
- apples, green 1 pc.
- bananas 2 pcs.
- coconut drink 100 ml
- pistachios 4 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangoes and carefully remove the flesh from the pit.
- 2. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Set aside about a handful of the mango cubes for decoration.
- 4. Wash the apple thoroughly under running water.
- 5. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core.
- 6. Dice the remaining apple flesh into small pieces.
- 7. Also set aside a handful of the apple cubes for later.
- 8. Peel the bananas and slice them into thick rounds.
- 9. Keep about half of one banana for decoration.
- 10. Place the remaining mango, apple, and banana into a tall blender cup.
- 11. Pour in the coconut drink.
- 12. Blend the ingredients with a mixer until you have a smooth, yellow mixture.
- 13. Roughly chop the pistachios using a knife or nutcracker.
- 14. Distribute the finished smoothie evenly across several bowls.
- 15. Decorate the bowls with the reserved pieces of mango, apple, and banana.
- 16. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios generously over the bowls.
- 17. Serve the bowl immediately and enjoy.
