  1. 1. Coarsely chop the macadamia nuts. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Cut one third into small cubes. Puree the remaining mango together with the crème fraîche in a tall container.
  2. 2. Season with curry, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Finely chop the raisins and fold them in together with the remaining mango and the macadamia nuts into the puree, then season to taste again. Enjoy your meal!
