🥤 Fresh Mango Coconut Soda

Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Cardamom, ground pinch
- Ice cubes 12 tbsp
- Lemonade 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 2. Cut four thin strips from the flesh and set them aside for later decoration.
- 3. Dice the remaining part of the mango flesh.
- 4. Place the mango cubes, coconut milk, and sugar into a tall container.
- 5. Blend the mixture with a hand blender or mixer until very smooth.
- 6. Season the mixture with a pinch of ground cardamom (an aromatic spice).
- 7. Pour the mango mixture through a fine sieve to remove any fibers.
- 8. Fill the filtered liquid evenly into the drinking glasses.
- 9. Add some ice cubes to each glass.
- 10. Top up the drink with chilled lemonade.
- 11. Insert the previously cut mango strips into the glasses to decorate them.
