🍰 Tropical Mango-Lime Popsicles

Ingredients
- Mango 2 pcs.
- Organic limes 2 pcs.
- Apple-mango-passion fruit juice 200 ml
- Coconut flakes 2 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangoes and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 2. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Place the mango flesh and lime juice into a tall container.
- 4. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is completely smooth.
- 5. Pour the puree into the popsicle molds.
- 6. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
- 7. Place the molds in the freezer overnight until the popsicles are completely frozen.
- 8. Dip the molds briefly in hot water to release the popsicles.
- 9. Pull out the popsicles and sprinkle them with shredded coconut.
- 10. Serve the popsicles immediately and enjoy.
