  1. 1. Put the sugar and the vanilla sugar into the mixing container.
  2. 2. Insert the measuring cup and pulverize the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 10.
  3. 3. Push any remaining sugar particles down from the inner wall using a spatula.
  4. 4. Repeat the process briefly if large sugar crystals are still visible.
  5. 5. Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit.
  6. 6. Cut the mango flesh into small pieces.
  7. 7. Add the mango pieces, 200 milliliters of room-temperature water, and the room-temperature lemon juice to the mixing container.
  8. 8. Blend the mixture for 45 seconds on speed 10.
  9. 9. Then heat the mixture for 7 minutes at 85 degrees Celsius and speed 2 to 85.
  10. 10. Add the room-temperature rum.
  11. 11. Mix everything for 15 seconds on speed 7.
  12. 12. Fill the syrup into sterile bottles.
  13. 13. Seal the bottles immediately.
  14. 14. Store the syrup in the refrigerator and consume it within one week.
