Ingredients
- Mango 500 g
- Buttermilk 100 ml
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Curd cheese, skimmed 250 g
- Yogurt, plain 200 g
- Powdered sugar 50 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango.
- 2. Cut 400 grams of the flesh into coarse pieces.
- 3. Put the mango pieces into a blender.
- 4. Add the buttermilk.
- 5. Add the lemon juice.
- 6. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 7. Take a separate bowl.
- 8. Put the quark (a type of fresh cheese) into the bowl.
- 9. Add the yogurt to the bowl.
- 10. Add the powdered sugar to the bowl.
- 11. Add the vanilla extract to the bowl.
- 12. Stir the quark mixture until creamy and smooth.
- 13. Cut 100 grams of mango into fine cubes.
- 14. Take your serving glasses.
- 15. Add a layer of mango lassi into the glasses.
- 16. Add a layer of quark cream into the glasses.
- 17. Add a few mango cubes into the glasses.
- 18. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
- 19. Place the glasses in the refrigerator.
- 20. Let the dessert chill until you are ready to serve it.
