🍳 Mango-Coconut Jam

Ingredients
- Mango 3 pcs
- Organic Limes 3 pcs
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Jam sugar 500 g
- White rum 20 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangos and cut the flesh away from the pit. Puree the mangos thoroughly in a tall container. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a pot, combine the mango puree with the lime juice, coconut milk, and gelling sugar. Bring everything to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Let it boil vigorously for about 4 minutes, stirring, and perform a gel test. If necessary, continue boiling for another 1–2 minutes. Stir in the rum and immediately fill the jam into clean, hot rinsed jars. Seal the jars and let them cool down.
