🥤 Mango-Coconut Cocktail with Cherry

Ingredients
- Mango 6 pcs
- Vanilla sugar 40 g
- sugar 1 tbsp
- coconut milk 400 ml
- sour cherry nectar 400 ml
- ice cubes 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
- 2. Place the fruit flesh into a tall container.
- 3. Thoroughly puree the fruit flesh with vanilla sugar.
- 4. If the mango is not sweet enough, add more sugar to taste.
- 5. Add the coconut milk and mix everything well.
- 6. Distribute the coconut-mango mixture evenly among four glasses.
- 7. Add a few ice cubes to each glass.
- 8. Carefully pour the cherry juice over a spoon along the rim of the glass.
- 9. Drink the cocktail immediately so the layers mix only slightly.
