  1. 1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
  2. 2. Place the fruit flesh into a tall container.
  3. 3. Thoroughly puree the fruit flesh with vanilla sugar.
  4. 4. If the mango is not sweet enough, add more sugar to taste.
  5. 5. Add the coconut milk and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Distribute the coconut-mango mixture evenly among four glasses.
  7. 7. Add a few ice cubes to each glass.
  8. 8. Carefully pour the cherry juice over a spoon along the rim of the glass.
  9. 9. Drink the cocktail immediately so the layers mix only slightly.
