🥤 Creamy Mango-Carrot Drink with Ginger

Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Carrots 2 pcs.
- Ginger, fresh 10 g
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Orange juice 500 ml
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the mango under running water.
- 2. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 3. Cut the mango flesh into large chunks.
- 4. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 5. Trim the ends of the carrots.
- 6. Peel the carrots.
- 7. Grate the carrots coarsely.
- 8. Rinse the ginger briefly.
- 9. Peel the ginger.
- 10. Chop the ginger finely.
- 11. Rinse the orange briefly.
- 12. Slice the orange into thin slices.
- 13. Place the mango chunks into a tall container.
- 14. Add the grated carrots.
- 15. Add the chopped ginger.
- 16. Pour the orange juice into the container.
- 17. Add the honey.
- 18. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
- 19. Blend all ingredients until smooth using a hand blender or mixer.
- 20. Pour the smoothie evenly into glasses.
- 21. Garnish the drink with the orange slices if desired.
