  4. 4. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
  5. 5. Trim the ends of the carrots.
  6. 6. Peel the carrots.
  7. 7. Grate the carrots coarsely.
  8. 8. Rinse the ginger briefly.
  9. 9. Peel the ginger.
  10. 10. Chop the ginger finely.
  11. 11. Rinse the orange briefly.
  12. 12. Slice the orange into thin slices.
  13. 13. Place the mango chunks into a tall container.
  14. 14. Add the grated carrots.
  15. 15. Add the chopped ginger.
  16. 16. Pour the orange juice into the container.
  17. 17. Add the honey.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
  19. 19. Blend all ingredients until smooth using a hand blender or mixer.
