  1. 1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
  2. 2. Rinse the lime under hot water.
  3. 3. Grate about 1 teaspoon of the lime zest.
  4. 4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  5. 5. Pour the apple-mango-passion fruit juice into a tall container.
  6. 6. Add the mango flesh.
  7. 7. Add 2 teaspoons of lime juice.
  8. 8. Add the grated lime zest.
  9. 9. Add the yogurt.
  10. 10. Add the vanilla sugar.
  11. 11. Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  12. 12. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
  13. 13. Place the dish in the freezer for about 5 hours.
  14. 14. Stir the mixture with a fork every hour.
  15. 15. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  16. 16. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
  17. 17. Slice the strawberries into about 5 millimeter thick slices.
  18. 18. Place the strawberry slices in a bowl.
  19. 19. Add the remaining lime juice.
  20. 20. Add sugar.
  21. 21. Mix the strawberries with the juice and sugar.
  22. 22. Divide the strawberry mixture among 4 glasses.
  23. 23. Place the mango-yogurt granita on top of the strawberry salad.
