🍰 Strawberry Salad with Frozen Mango Yogurt

Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Organic Limes 2 pcs.
- Apple-Mango-Passion Fruit Juice 150 ml
- Yogurt, plain 125 g
- Vanilla Sugar 20 g
- Strawberries 250 g
- Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
- 2. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 3. Grate about 1 teaspoon of the lime zest.
- 4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Pour the apple-mango-passion fruit juice into a tall container.
- 6. Add the mango flesh.
- 7. Add 2 teaspoons of lime juice.
- 8. Add the grated lime zest.
- 9. Add the yogurt.
- 10. Add the vanilla sugar.
- 11. Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- 12. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
- 13. Place the dish in the freezer for about 5 hours.
- 14. Stir the mixture with a fork every hour.
- 15. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 16. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
- 17. Slice the strawberries into about 5 millimeter thick slices.
- 18. Place the strawberry slices in a bowl.
- 19. Add the remaining lime juice.
- 20. Add sugar.
- 21. Mix the strawberries with the juice and sugar.
- 22. Divide the strawberry mixture among 4 glasses.
- 23. Place the mango-yogurt granita on top of the strawberry salad.
