Ingredients
- almonds, whole 70 g
- brown sugar 80 g
- mango 2 pcs.
- organic limes 1 pcs.
- yogurt, plain 520 g
Instructions
- 1. Chop the almonds roughly and toast them in a pan without fat over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Then add 40 g of brown sugar and let it caramelize for about 2 minutes.
- 2. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and dice it. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice. Marinate the mango in lime juice and season with the remaining sugar.
- 3. Layer yogurt, mango, and caramelized almonds alternately in glasses and enjoy the mango yogurt dessert with caramelized nuts immediately.
