Ingredients
- Pears 2 pcs.
- Mango 1 pcs.
- Ginger, fresh 10 g
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Orange juice 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and cut into pieces. Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit, and cut into cubes. Peel the ginger and chop finely. Rinse the mint, pat dry, and separate the leaves from the stems.
- 2. In a tall container, blend the orange juice together with the mango, pear, and ginger until smooth. Divide the mixture among glasses and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy your meal!
