🥗 Fresh Mango Chili Salad with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- sesame, white 10 g
- ginger, fresh 10 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- honey 1 tsp
- soy sauce 1 tsp
- sunflower oil 1 tbsp
- chili, ground 0.5 tsp
- mixed salad greens 200 g
- peanuts, roasted and salted 50 g
- mango 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a frying pan over high heat.
- 2. Roast the sesame seeds in the hot pan without added fat for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Peel the ginger and chop it very finely.
- 4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Place the roasted sesame seeds and chopped ginger into a mortar.
- 6. Grind the mixture in the mortar until it forms a fine paste.
- 7. Mix the sesame-ginger paste with honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and oil.
- 8. Season the dressing to taste with chili.
- 9. Wash the salad greens thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 10. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
- 11. Peel the mango and carefully remove the flesh from the pit.
- 12. Cut the mango flesh into strips about 1 cm wide.
- 13. Toss the drained salad with the prepared dressing.
- 14. Place the mango strips on top of the salad.
- 15. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the salad.
- 16. Plate the salad and serve immediately.
