  1. 1. Preheat a frying pan over high heat.
  2. 2. Roast the sesame seeds in the hot pan without added fat for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Peel the ginger and chop it very finely.
  4. 4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  5. 5. Place the roasted sesame seeds and chopped ginger into a mortar.
  6. 6. Grind the mixture in the mortar until it forms a fine paste.
  7. 7. Mix the sesame-ginger paste with honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and oil.
  8. 8. Season the dressing to taste with chili.
  9. 9. Wash the salad greens thoroughly and let them drain well.
  10. 10. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
  11. 11. Peel the mango and carefully remove the flesh from the pit.
  12. 12. Cut the mango flesh into strips about 1 cm wide.
  13. 13. Toss the drained salad with the prepared dressing.
  14. 14. Place the mango strips on top of the salad.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the salad.
  16. 16. Plate the salad and serve immediately.
