Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Vanilla sugar 8 g
- Ice cubes 100 g
- Champagne 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. In a tall container, blend the fruit flesh with vanilla sugar until smooth.
- 2. Distribute the ice cubes and mango puree into glasses, then top up with champagne.
