Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Shallots 2 pcs.
- Ketchup 100 g
- Chili, ground 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the pit and dice it small. Halve the shallots, peel them and chop finely. Mix well in a bowl with ketchup and chili and season with salt. The mango barbecue sauce goes great with grilled food. Enjoy your meal!
