Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Milk 500 ml
- Yogurt, plain 300 g
- Honey 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and cut it into rough pieces. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
- 2. In a tall container, blend the fruits with the milk and yogurt until smooth and creamy. Sweeten with honey to taste and blend again. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
