Ingredients
- Mango, frozen 400 g
- Oranges 2 pcs.
- Bananas 1 pc.
- Apple juice 400 ml
- Honey 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the oranges thoroughly, cut them in half, and squeeze out the juice. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
- 2. In a tall mixing container, blend mango, banana, orange juice, and apple juice until smooth. Sweeten with honey to taste and enjoy.

Tip: Instead of frozen mango pieces, you can also use fresh mangoes.
