  1. 1. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and dice it roughly. Peel the pineapple, quarter it, remove the core, and chop one half into rough pieces.
  2. 2. In a tall container, blend the soy drink with the pineapple and mango until smooth. Sweeten with honey to taste and pour into glasses. Enjoy your meal! Tip: The remaining pineapple can be diced and makes a great snack in a container.
