  1. 1. Peel the mangoes and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard core. Cut the flesh into small cubes as well.
  3. 3. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut both into small pieces.
  4. 4. Put the sugar in a pot and melt it over heat.
  5. 5. Stir the apple juice into the melted sugar liquid.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. 7. Add the prepared mango and pineapple cubes, the onions, garlic, and chili to the pot.
  8. 8. Let the mixture simmer at medium heat for about 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Puree the cooked mixture finely until a smooth sauce forms.
  10. 10. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice.
  11. 11. Season the sauce with the lime juice and some salt.
  12. 12. Fill the hot sauce into clean jars or bottles.
  13. 13. Let the filled sauce cool down.
