  1. 1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and toast the almonds for about 2 minutes without fat. Break the couverture into coarse pieces. In the mixing bowl, chop the couverture for 8 seconds at speed 8 and then transfer it.
  2. 2. In the mixing bowl, chop the almonds for 4 seconds at speed 8. Then add the couverture and a pinch of salt and melt everything for 5 minutes at speed 2 and 60 °C.
  3. 3. Use a teaspoon to place small portions of the mixture onto baking paper and let them dry in the air. Store in a cool and dry place. Enjoy!
