  1. 1. Bring water in a pot to a boil. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, place in a bowl, and let it melt over the hot double boiler. Meanwhile, place a pan over medium heat and toast the almonds without fat for about 2–3 minutes, then remove them.
  2. 2. Add butter and sugar to the pan, melt over medium heat, and caramelize until golden brown for about 4 minutes. Stir the almond slivers into the caramel. Mix the almond caramel well in a bowl with the melted chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. 3. Use two spoons to place small mounds of the mixture onto baking paper and let them set. Store in a cool, dry place. Enjoy your meal!
