Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 150 g
- Almonds, sliced 200 g
- butter 30 g
- Sugar 30 g
- Cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring water in a pot to a boil. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, place in a bowl, and let it melt over the hot double boiler. Meanwhile, place a pan over medium heat and toast the almonds without fat for about 2–3 minutes, then remove them.
- 2. Add butter and sugar to the pan, melt over medium heat, and caramelize until golden brown for about 4 minutes. Stir the almond slivers into the caramel. Mix the almond caramel well in a bowl with the melted chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon.
- 3. Use two spoons to place small mounds of the mixture onto baking paper and let them set. Store in a cool, dry place. Enjoy your meal!
