🍳 Oatmeal with Almond Milk, Turmeric and Pear

Ingredients
- oats, fine 160 g
- coconut oil 1 tsp
- turmeric, ground 1 tsp
- ginger powder 1 tsp
- cardamom, ground 1 tsp
- cinnamon 2 tsp
- almond drink 500 ml
- water 300 ml
- pears 2 pcs.
- sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pot on medium heat.
- 2. Add the oats and coconut oil to the pot.
- 3. Roast the mixture for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Wait until the oats start to smell fragrant.
- 5. Add turmeric, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon to the pot.
- 6. Pour in the almond milk and water.
- 7. Simmer the porridge on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Stir constantly.
- 9. Wash the pears under running water.
- 10. Cut the pears into quarters.
- 11. Remove the core and seeds.
- 12. Dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 13. Add the pear cubes to the pot after about 5 minutes of cooking time.
- 14. Let the pears finish cooking together with the porridge.
- 15. Season the porridge with sugar to taste.
- 16. Divide the porridge among several bowls.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
