🍰 Almond Bites with Cinnamon and Raisins

Ingredients
- almonds, whole 150 g
- raisins 50 g
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- sugar 100 g
- water 50 ml
Instructions
- 1. Coarsely chop the almonds and mix them in a bowl with the raisins and cinnamon.
- 2. In a pan, melt sugar with water over medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the almonds and raisins, then spread them on parchment paper.
- 3. Allow the caramelized cinnamon almonds to cool, then break them into pieces and serve.
