  6. 6. Pat the olives dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Chop the olives coarsely.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic.
  9. 9. Dice the garlic finely.
  10. 10. Pour about 5 liters of water into a large pot.
  11. 11. Salt the water generously.
  12. 12. Bring the salted water to a boil.
  13. 13. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
  14. 14. Set the heat to medium-high.
  15. 15. Fry the zucchini in the pan.
