  1. 1. Wash the lime thoroughly.
  2. 2. Grate 1 teaspoon of fine zest from the lime.
  3. 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in a pot over medium heat.
  5. 5. Let the butter melt and stir in the lime juice.
  6. 6. Set the lime butter aside.
  7. 7. Wash the parsley and coriander.
  8. 8. Remove the thick stems from the herbs.
  9. 9. Chop the herbs finely.
  10. 10. Finely chop the peanuts as well.
  11. 11. Put the chopped herbs, lime zest, and chili powder into a bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
  14. 14. Preheat the grill.
  15. 15. Brush the corn cobs with the lime butter.
  16. 16. Place the corn cobs on the edge of the grill.
  17. 17. Grill the corn all around for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Make sure the corn turns golden brown.
  19. 19. Brush the finished corn cobs with the remaining butter.
  20. 20. Roll the corn in the herb-peanut mixture.
  21. 21. Sprinkle paprika powder over the corn if desired.
  22. 22. Serve the grilled corn.
