🍽️ Grilled Corn with Chili Lime Butter

Ingredients
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Cilantro, fresh 10 g
- Peanuts, roasted and salted 20 g
- Chili, ground pinch
- Salt 1 g
- Grilled corn 800 g
- Pepper, sweet pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lime thoroughly.
- 2. Grate 1 teaspoon of fine zest from the lime.
- 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in a pot over medium heat.
- 5. Let the butter melt and stir in the lime juice.
- 6. Set the lime butter aside.
- 7. Wash the parsley and coriander.
- 8. Remove the thick stems from the herbs.
- 9. Chop the herbs finely.
- 10. Finely chop the peanuts as well.
- 11. Put the chopped herbs, lime zest, and chili powder into a bowl.
- 12. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
- 14. Preheat the grill.
- 15. Brush the corn cobs with the lime butter.
- 16. Place the corn cobs on the edge of the grill.
- 17. Grill the corn all around for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 18. Make sure the corn turns golden brown.
- 19. Brush the finished corn cobs with the remaining butter.
- 20. Roll the corn in the herb-peanut mixture.
- 21. Sprinkle paprika powder over the corn if desired.
- 22. Serve the grilled corn.
