🍰 Strawberry Mascarpone Bowl with Macaron and Pomegranate

Ingredients
- pomegranate 1 pc.
- strawberries 500 g
- salt pinch
- sugar 2 tbsp
- organic limes 1 pc.
- mascarpone 150 g
- crème fraîche 100 g
- powdered sugar 2 tbsp
- macarons 12 pc.
- strawberry ice cream 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranate in half.
- 2. Tap the skin with a spoon to release the seeds.
- 3. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the green stems.
- 5. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 6. Place the strawberries and pomegranate seeds in a bowl.
- 7. Add a pinch of salt.
- 8. Add two tablespoons of sugar.
- 9. Mix everything well.
- 10. Set the bowl aside to let the fruit absorb the sugar.
- 11. Cut the lime in half.
- 12. Squeeze the lime juice.
- 13. Place mascarpone, crème fraîche, and powdered sugar in a separate bowl.
- 14. Whisk the ingredients with a whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
- 15. Season the cream to taste with lime juice and powdered sugar.
- 16. Keep the cream cool until you are ready to serve.
- 17. Pour the strawberry-pomegranate mixture into a sieve.
- 18. Catch the resulting syrup in a container.
- 19. Break the macarons into large pieces by hand.
- 20. Spoon the mascarpone cream into bowls.
- 21. Distribute the drained strawberries and pomegranate seeds on top.
- 22. Add two scoops of strawberry ice cream to each bowl.
- 23. Garnish the bowls with the macaron pieces.
- 24. Drizzle the desserts with the collected syrup.
- 25. Serve the dish immediately.
