🍰 Fruity Fresh Macaron Cream

Ingredients
- mint, fresh 5 g
- organic lemon 1 pc.
- quark 40% fat in total 250 g
- cream cheese, plain 300 g
- powdered sugar 4 tbsp
- raspberries, fresh 125 g
- raspberry jam 1 tbsp
- macaroni 8 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the mint dry.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 4. Wash the lemon under hot water.
- 5. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 8. Take a bowl.
- 9. Add quark to the bowl.
- 10. Add cream cheese to the bowl.
- 11. Add powdered sugar to the bowl.
- 12. Add the grated lemon zest to the bowl.
- 13. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice to the bowl.
- 14. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 15. Season the cream with salt or more sugar to taste.
- 16. Sort through the raspberries and remove any bad berries if necessary.
- 17. Take a tall container.
- 18. Add the raspberries to the container.
- 19. Add raspberry jam to the container.
- 20. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the container.
- 21. Puree the mixture in the container until smooth.
- 22. Take serving glasses.
- 23. Distribute the white quark cream evenly into the glasses.
- 24. Pour the raspberry sauce over the cream.
- 25. Garnish the dessert with the fresh mint leaves.
- 26. Place macarons as a side dish in the glass or on the plate.
- 27. Serve the dessert immediately.
