  6. 6. Peel the garlic.
  7. 7. Mince the garlic finely.
  8. 8. Chop the macadamia nuts.
  9. 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot over medium heat.
  10. 10. Sweat the onion cubes in the butter for about 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the spinach to the pot.
  12. 12. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Let the spinach wilt for about 3 minutes.
  14. 14. Pour the spinach into a colander.
  15. 15. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the spinach.
  16. 16. Place the spinach on kitchen paper.
  17. 17. Clean the pot.
  18. 18. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  19. 19. Cook the macaroni for about 8 minutes until al dente.
  20. 20. Pour the pasta into a colander.
