  1. 1. Clean the spring onions, remove the roots and cut them diagonally into thin rings. Drain the capers and chop them roughly. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, capers and spring onions. Season with salt, pepper and honey.
  2. 2. Cut the bagels in half and toast them lightly in a toaster if desired. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cut surfaces. Place the salmon slices on the bottom halves. Trim the cress and distribute it on top, then place the top halves on and serve. Enjoy your meal!
