Ingredients
- oats, fine 50 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- curd cheese, skim milk 75 g
- milk 20 ml
- sugar 2 tbsp
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- oil 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Take a large bowl.
- 2. Add the oat flakes to the bowl.
- 3. Add the eggs.
- 4. Add the low-fat quark (curd cheese).
- 5. Pour in the milk.
- 6. Stir in the sugar.
- 7. Add the vanilla sugar.
- 8. Sprinkle in the baking powder.
- 9. Add a pinch of salt.
- 10. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 11. Let the batter rest and swell for about 10 minutes.
- 12. Preheat the waffle iron.
- 13. Lightly grease the waffle iron.
- 14. Take a ladleful of batter.
- 15. Spread the batter evenly in the mold.
- 16. Bake the waffle for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 17. Remove the waffle when it is golden brown.
- 18. Serve the waffle as you like.
