Ingredients
- Emmental cheese, block 200 g
- Quark, low-fat 200 g
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Onions, yellow 80 g
- Gherkins 100 g
- Mayonnaise 120 g
- Ketchup 120 g
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tsp
- Pepper, black ground 0.5 tsp
- Iceberg lettuce 100 g
- Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
- Ground beef 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Cut 80 grams of Emmental cheese into 2 cm cubes and place them in the mixing container.
- 3. Pulse the cheese with the measuring cup inserted for 8 seconds on speed 8.
- 4. Transfer the chopped cheese to a separate bowl and set it aside.
- 5. Add low-fat quark, eggs, half a teaspoon of salt, and 80 grams of Emmental cheese to the mixing container.
- 6. Mix the ingredients with the measuring cup inserted for 20 seconds on speed 6.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Spread the quark mixture evenly over the tray.
- 9. Smooth out the mixture.
- 10. Bake the dough in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Extend the baking time if the dough still looks too pale.
- 12. Clean the mixing container.
- 13. Peel an onion and cut it in half.
- 14. Place one half of the onion into the mixing container.
- 15. Chop the onion with the measuring cup inserted for 2 seconds using the Turbo button.
- 16. Push the onion pieces down from the inner wall of the container using a spatula.
- 17. Add 50 grams of gherkins.
- 18. Chop the gherkins with the measuring cup inserted for 5 seconds on speed 5.
- 19. Push the gherkin pieces down from the inner wall of the container using a spatula.
- 20. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt, and a quarter teaspoon of pepper.
- 21. Mix the sauce with the measuring cup inserted for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 22. Pour the sauce into a bowl and clean the mixing container.
- 23. Wash the iceberg lettuce and shake it dry.
- 24. Core the lettuce.
- 25. Slice the remaining onion into strips.
- 26. Slice the remaining gherkins into strips.
- 27. Slice the lettuce into strips.
- 28. Add sunflower oil, beef mince, half a teaspoon of salt, and a quarter teaspoon of pepper to the mixing container.
- 29. Cook the mince without the measuring cup inserted using the sauté function.
- 30. Spread the prepared sauce over the baked wrap.
- 31. Top the wrap with lettuce, onions, gherkins, the remaining cheese, and the minced meat.
- 32. Leave a small border all around.
- 33. Roll the wrap tightly using the baking paper.
- 34. Cut the wrap into pieces.
- 35. Serve the dish.
